I'm originally from Amarillo, Texas, and baseball basically raised me — I played for 15 years, two of those at the college level. Anyone who's played that long knows it's not really about the game itself after a while. It's about showing up early, doing the unglamorous work nobody sees, and not making excuses when things get hard. That stuck with me, and it's honestly a big part of why junk removal made sense — it's a job where effort actually shows up in the results. When I'm not on a job, I'm probably in the gym, or just hanging out with the people I care about — friends, family, whoever's around. I like getting to know people, genuinely. That's part of why I love doing this in a community like this one — every job is a chance to actually talk to someone, hear their story, and hopefully leave them a little better off than we found them. Fair warning: I'm a Yankees fan living in SEC and Braves country, so I take a decent amount of heat for that. I don't mind — I'll still show up, work hard, and treat your place like it's mine while we're there.
